Making your own button requires photoshop, or illustrator, or some kind of program that you can create in. I can create one for you if you want. As for the picture, the one you have with about me? That one you should be able to go into your profile for google and update it, or right in your blogger account. On your blogger dashboard, you will see Edit Photo right next to your picture. Go right in there, download the one you want to use. Update it.
